Departure U.S. for CDG airport to enjoy this once in a lifetime trip

Wednesday, August 23

Morning arrival in Paris Charles de Gaulle.

Luxury Bus pick up and departure for our hotel in Pont l’Evêque. Little village in the heart of Normandy, worldwide known for the Pont l’Evêque cheese. Welcomed at the hotel while the luggage is dispatched to our rooms and check in. Afternoon guided visit of our village and/or relaxing time at the hotel and spa where you can take a moment to get acclimated. Early dinner and rest.

Thursday, August 24

Breakfast at the Hotel and departure for Bayeux. Guided visit of this great historical Norman town with its “La Tapisserie de la Reine Mathilde” immense embroidered cloth (it’s not technically a tapestry) a masterpiece unique in its style created in the 11th century.

Lunch at the Castle of Sully in Bayeux.

Afternoon, discovery of the Plages du debarquement “D-Day Beaches”. With the Memorial Honoring American soldiers who died in Europe during WWII and its cemetery. It is located in Colleville-sur-Mer on a cliff overlooking Omaha Beach (One of the main landing beaches during the Normandy invasion). View of the town of Arromanches. Back to the hotel, dinner and rest.

Friday, August 25

Breakfast then departure for the town of Lisieux to the Domaine Saint Hippolyte for an amazing discovery going from history, land, cow and finally cheese.

 Delicious Lunch with Local Faires.

Continuation of the visit of the distillery and tasting of one of the best Calvados in the region. Return to the hotel for dinner

Saturday, August 26

Breakfast and early departure for Giverny and Monet’s house and garden for a guided visit of this amazing wonder where you can see the water lilies that inspired the painter.

Departure for Rouen with Lunch in this beautiful town. We will visit the city center with its beautifully restored medieval quarters, living museum of Normandy-style architecture. You will see the very spot where Joan of Arc was burned at the stake, the famous Rouen gothic cathedral, which Monet painted no less than 30 different masterpieces related to the cathedral. Return to the hotel & dinner.

Sunday, August 27

Breakfast and early departure through the unbelievable “pont de Normandie” (second largest bridge in the world by 10 yards) towards the beautiful town of Fecamp. Guided visit of this authentic fishing port, with an instruction and visit of the Palais  Benedictine where the liquor is created and exported around the world.

Lunch at Restaurant Pierre Caillet

Departure for Etretat. Étretat is best known for its cliffs, including 3 natural arches and the pointed “needle”. These cliffs attracted artists including Eugène Boudin, Gustave Courbet and Claude Monet. Return to the hotel while crossing picturesque areas like “le pont de Tancarville” just suspended over the Seine river, la route des chaumieres, you will understand why and how the Normands built their house that way, and Conteville in the Calvados commune. Dinner and rest!

Monday, August 28

Breakfast and early departure for Saint Vaast la Hougue, this amazing historical coastal town. We will board a little cruiser to the Tatihou island to discover its beauty. “les Tours Vauban”(The Vauban towers) built in the 17th century which dominates the island with its massive silhouette. Concluded with the freshest oyster tasting ever, served with a delicious dry white wine.

Lunch at the “Panoramique” Restaurant

Afternoon, we will climb onto 2 big horse carriages for an exciting, guided visit of this coastal village  filled with surprising facts and amazing scenery. On our way back we will stop and pay our respect in the historical village of Sainte-Mere Eglise (famous for the American paratrooper hanging from the steeple of its church in the “Longest Day”).  Return to the hotel for dinner and relaxing

Tuesday, August 29

Breakfast before departing for the so well-know Mont Saint-Michel. On our way we will include a panoramic visit of the amazing town of Caen.

Lunch at la Ferme Saint Michel

Guided visit of the village and the monastery built on a rocky outcrop in the middle of a tidal flat and connected to the mainland by a causeway. Mont Saint-Michel is considered to be one of the wonders of the western world and one of France’s most visited attractions. Free afternoon on this amazing site and guided visit of the abbey for the courageous…Return to the hotel for dinner.

Wednesday, August 30

Breakfast and departure for Deauville, also called “Paris 21st arrondissment” with a guided visit of the town so well-known for its hippodrome (Horse track). This is the town in Normandy where everyone wants to see and be seen….a Riviera like destination. We will drive to the next town, and visit Trouville, the first touristic beaches of Normandy and other coastal beauty.

Lunch at the beautiful L’Absinthe Restaurant in Honfleur

free afternoon at Honfleur with guided visit of this beautiful port town. You will be able to stroll and enjoy your people watching…France’s number one hobby. Return to the hotel, dinner and rest.

Thursday, August 31

Breakfast and Departure for the Airport (CDG)

The all-inclusive price includes hotel, ground transportation, most meals with wine, all guided visits and excursions, taxes and fees.

The price per person is $6200.  Single Supplement is $800.

If utilizing a credit card for payment, a 3% service fee will be applicable.

(Airfare is not included – we will advise what time to arrive in Paris.)  This price is based on the Euro exchange rate not climbing over 1.35 US dollars to the Euro.

 To reserve your space a $1000 per person non-refundable deposit is due.  A non-refundable payment of 50% due by March 18th and balance due by June 25th.

 20 guest minimum, 32-36 guest maximum.
