Guest Rooms
As our guest, relax in the parlor, choose from our selection of hot teas, fresh coffee or a variety of complimentary snacks. Sleep restfully in your queen or king bed and awake each morning in anticipation of our wonderfully prepared, full hot breakfast. At the Burke Manor, you’ll enjoy Southern charm accompanied with modern luxury, with the added benefit of individual attention. Full housekeeping services offered. We would be delighted to assist with arranging any of our add on or specialty packages, advance notice is appreciated. Normal check in time is between 3pm – 6pm with check out at 11am.
Cancellations received anytime after booking up to 48 hours to arrival will incur a $25 fee. Cancellations less than 48 hours will incur a one night stay charge. Modified cancellation policies are in place for special weekends/events (Ie: Elon Graduation, Elon Move In, Elon Parents Weekend, Furniture Market) which requirement pre-payment with a “no cancellation” policy.

Room 101
Tucked away beside the grand staircase on the main floor of the Inn, it offers a spacious and private place for the guests.
Room 201
This room is located on the back corner of the Inn with burgundy, golds and blues.
Room 202
This is a very bright and cheery room with hints of lavender and grays, yet very tailored in design.
Suite 203
This suite is a favorite among our guests. With huge magnolia trees just outside the window. It features a king sleigh bed, a full size sleeper sofa, coffee maker, refrigerator, desk space and easy chairs.
Room 204
This room has a queen cherry four poster bed, soft greens, golds and burgundy with a little wine motif make this room relaxing.
Room 205
This is a bright room with Provencal colors of yellows and lavender located on the back side of the Inn.
The Perch Penthouse
The Perch is just what its name implies. In a world of its own, it proudly sits on the third floor of the Inn.
The Paris Cottage
One of our premium rooms, Bungalow suite, located just steps from the main Inn.
The Provence Cottage
This cottage, located just steps behind the main Inn, recently updated features a bedroom with a queen bed with sage greens/gray hues, and a sitting room with a queen sleeper sofa.
