Amazing creamy velouté of fresh lobster, finished with a dash of sherry

Flavorful fresh mushroom, Madeira wine and roasted garlic cream soup

Goat cheese medallion, lightly gratiné to golden brown on a brioche crostini, set atop a mixed green salad, pear suprêmes, candied pecan, grapes tossed in a light sweet and sour dressing

Chicken “Nouvelle Année”

Bacon and smoked Gouda stuffed chicken roulade topped with our Pesto & Parmesan cream sauce served on an asparagus and lemon Risotto

Local grass fed beef short ribs, braised to extreme tenderness, served on a duo of slow cooked bacon collards and “Smith Farm” sweet potato mash, topped with their bold cooking glaze

in a tomato and seafood cream sauce over risotto in a puff pastry covered crock.
