In 2011, we transitioned from owning Saint Jacques French Cuisine restaurant in Raleigh to acquiring the Burke Manor Inn & Pavilion in Gibsonville, North Carolina, where we provide full-service luxury accommodations, event planning, and private dining experiences in the Inn’s restaurant, Saint Jacques @ The Buke Manor Inn.
Lil, chef and owner, studied culinary and hospitality professionally in France. The Inn’s restaurant is a four-diamond AAA rated establishment that highlights Chef Lil’s passion for creating dishes that provide pleasure, comfort, and sustenance all while transporting dinner guests on a memorable, culinary journey. Lori’s extensive hospitality expertise working in the Cruise industry combined with Chef Lil’s culinary background have transformed the 119-year old Burke Manor Inn into what it is today – nine luxurious rooms (including two cottages), a pavilion, verandas for enjoying cool evenings, lush gardens and mature trees perfect for weddings and special events, and on top of it all — a French fine-dining restaurant.
