This is an all-day IPA. \n*****\nRoasted Salmon & Flavor\nRoasted Salmon served over a curry and mushroom savory rice pudding\, \nfinished with our corn and apple cream chowder \nGateway of India\, IPA – Small Batch Series – 8.5% ABV\n​  Hints of orange blossom aroma with citrus and tropical notes. The dry finish provides an aftertaste of both malt and hops.  \n The beer is a throwback to the days when beer was transported to India. \n***** \nChocolate Mousse \nBittersweet and rich Belgium chocolate mousse with dark Pépites in a chocolate crust\nIndustrious Porter – 6.5% ABV​ \nA strong dark malt aroma with caramelly\, chocolate aromas.
